we miss u daddy
i don't even want to count up how long it has been since we saw scott in person but we left okinawa the last week of April.
a few fun stories to make you smile scott.
calvin needs you, he has started wearing the plastic high heels gma has in her play bin. the first time he put them on he slipped on the tile, but now he is a pro. he puts them on and immediatly says, i am going to the store (guess we have been doing too much shopping!)
then he found a pair of goggles and put them right up to his shirt to "pump his mommy bobbies"
at night when i put him in his pjs he runs around trying to get his cousins to do "chest bumps" but no one can do it like daddy.
this is not new, but his has been amplified since he misses daddy so much. if you ask calvin where he learned something he immediatly says his daddy, NO matter what it is is!
a sample convo from today. he was really into showing me things so i kept asking where he learned it.
"watch this mommy (skipping across the floor)
"where did you learn that?"
"my daddy"
calvin opens the cupboard/gate/door.....
where did you learn that?
"my daddy"
calvin jumps down the steps...
"where did you learn that?"
"my daddy"
ok. who taught you to walk, run, use the potty (i take this one very personal) put on your pants, eat your rios, talk, throw a football tackle????
"my daddy"
you get the point.
as for oliver he misses daddy too, he can even say "dadee" calvin taugth him!

Getting your fill...
I am going back to the states for some training in Newport, RI for a couple of weeks (Tough assignment...Newport in the spring). Joy and I and the boys will meet up in San Fran to fly back together at the end of May. So, a few pictures to get your fill since we will be away for a while.
